Terms & Conditions

Welcome to My Visa Partners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.


I. Definitions

"Company": My Visa Partners, the provider of services.

"Client": Any individual or entity engaging the services of the Company.

"Services": Visa application related-services provided by the Company.


II. Service Description

The Company offers visa application assistance services to help Clients navigate the visa application process for various countries. These services include but are not limited to document preparation, form filling, consultation, and submission guidance. The Company does not guarantee that all statements, definitions, and descriptions are up-to-date, complete, accurate, and free of errors; however, the Company endeavors to accurately describe all services presented on the website. Consulates and Visa Centers frequently modify their requirements and fees without prior notice, and such changes may take effect immediately. In the event that any service description or information on our site becomes outdated or inaccurate, you agree to release the Company from any liability. Clients will not hold the Company accountable for any inaccuracies or errors in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, or other information provided on the Company’s website.


III. Service

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Additional documentation may be requested at the discretion of Consulates & Visa Centers. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. The Company reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.


IV. Communications

By using the Company’s site and services, Clients express permission to be contacted via email, messaging, or other electronic or non-electronic forms of communication for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.


V. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the visa application process. Clients must comply with all requirements and instructions provided by the Company. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with the visa application process, including but not limited to embassy fees, processing fees, and travel expenses.


VI. Processing time

Processing times quoted by the Company are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and Visa Application Centers under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to the Company. Consulates may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. The Company will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.


VII. Fees and Payments

The Company's fees for services rendered will be communicated to the Client prior to engagement. All fees are non-refundable once the services have been provided, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law. Payment terms and methods will be provided to the Client upon engagement. Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.


VIII. Refund Policy

If the Client wishes to cancel the service they are entitled to apply for a refund. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the following conditions:

  • If the Client cancels the engagement before any services have been rendered, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the Client cancels the engagement after services have been partially rendered, a 50% prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of the Company.
  • No refunds will be issued once all services have been rendered, except as required by law.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Company within 7 days of the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold refunds if the Client has violated any terms or conditions outlined in this agreement.
  • Refunds may be subject to deduction of any fees or expenses incurred by the Company in the provision of services up to the point of cancellation.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in processing refunds, except as required by law.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.


IX. Confidentiality

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information provided during the course of the engagement. Client information will only be disclosed to third parties as required by law or with the Client's consent.


X. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all intellectual property rights pertaining to the services provided, encompassing copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize provided software, documentation, and materials solely for service reception, prohibiting modification, reproduction, distribution, or derivative works creation without explicit written consent. Client-generated content remains their intellectual property, granting the Company a limited license for service provision purposes. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. In the event of intellectual property infringement awareness, prompt notification and cooperative action are required. The Client indemnifies the Company against claims arising from intellectual property infringement. This clause does not constitute intellectual property rights transfer, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.


XI. OFAC Sanctioned Countries Policy

The Company, in compliance with the banking laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), adheres to the regulations set forth by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding sanctioned countries. The Company strictly prohibits any transactions, financial or otherwise, with individuals, entities, or countries subject to OFAC sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting business, facilitating transactions, or providing financial services to sanctioned countries listed by OFAC.


XII. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Client resulting from errors, delays, or omissions in the visa application process, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.


XIII. Restrictions on Use of Company Website

The Client agrees not to use the Company's website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to: accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the website, interfering with or disrupting the operation of the website or its servers, uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious content, including viruses or malware, collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the website without consent, engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website or its functionality, violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the website, using the website in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. 


XIV. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company for services rendered up to the date of termination.


XV. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.


XVI. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on the Company's website. Continued use of the services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.


XVII. Privacy

Clients agree to be bound to our Privacy Statement when using the Company’s website. The Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.


XVIII. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
